The Moonlight Alliance Server Agreement

General Agreement

You, as a server owner or admin, agree to use our bot in accordance with our ToS, Discord's ToS and other applicable policies and laws. You also agree that our team has the right to moderate your server or remove the bot entirely at their sole discression.

Network Agreement

Requirements

These requirements must be met to request access to network features, then one of our team memers will manually accept or deny your request. If accepted, you'll be able to enable network features. You can learn more about this on our documentation site (link available at the top of the page).

• a. You must have a membercount of at least 50 human members (this is the only requirement that can be waived by staff, this is just a soft guideline).
• b. Your server must comply with Howlz Digital Studios ToS, Our ToS and all of discord's policies.
• c. Your server must generally comply with our Community Guidelines.
• d. Your server must have at least 3 active staff members.
• e. Your server must be at least semi-active (as decided by the staff reviewing your application).

Network Rules

These are the rules that must be followed by the staff of your server in order to maintain your status as a networked server. Failure to abide by these rules (or falling too far below the requirements for too long) may result in removal from the network.

• a. Definition of "staff" - We define staff as any user who has the permissions and/or authority to enact server moderation or management actions. This could include anything from a server helper to a moderator to the server's owner.
• b. Your server staff must abide by our ToS & Community Guidelines.
• c. Your may not give any users who are globally banned or terminated any staff roles or permissions (you cah check with the /user-info command).
• d. Server staff may not interfere with our enforcing of our Community Guidelines at any point.
